MISSION & GOALS »
The mission of Mayfield College is to provide our students with the knowledge, personal skills and experiences required to become leaders in tomorrow’s careers.

Mayfield College directs students not only to the highest level of academic achievement and performance, but also strives to nourish personal and professional growth. Mayfield College believes that teaching the mastery of professional skills must be done in conjunction with meeting the needs of an individual. We have an obligation to our students and potential employers in our community to produce competent graduates who can succeed in an ever-changing, richly diverse society.

We prepare students by :

• Teaching up-to-date curriculum that reflects the current needs of the real world.
• Maintaining a full-time career placement staff dedicated to assisting students with resume preparation, interviewing skills, and full-time employment opportunities.
• Scheduling classes to meet the needs of working adults, with a variety of courses available during the day and evening.
• Providing personal, one-on-one academic guidance, tutoring, and support.

We focus on training students for specific careers and have dedicated career services staff to assist in placing students in jobs after graduation. With the successful completion of our programs, the majority of graduates are placed in exciting and rewarding careers that are relevant to their education experience.
